  • Day 1: The refunded amount should reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
  • Day 2: Refund process completed.

At Family Fun Waterpark, we strive to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or exchanges may be issued.

1. Ticket Purchases & Entry Fees

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Generally, all daily entry tickets, combo packages (including tea, snacks, lunch, and evening tea), and adventure activity passes are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Weather-Related Closures: In the rare event that the park must close fully for an entire operating day due to unsafe weather (e.g., severe lightning, cyclones, or dangerous flooding), we will offer a full refund or a voucher for a future visit of equal value. Partial closures or brief weather delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • Closure Due to Government Orders: If the park is ordered to close by local/state authorities for reasons beyond our control (e.g., public health emergencies), we will offer a rescheduling option or a credit voucher valid for 6 months.

2. Food & Beverage (Included in Package)

  • The “quick breakfast, delicious lunch, and evening tea snacks” included in your package are part of the all-inclusive experience. No partial refunds will be given for unused food or beverages.
  • If a specific food item advertised is unavailable, we will substitute it with a comparable item. No refund applies.

3. Lockers & Costume Rentals

  • Locker Fees: Locker charges are non-refundable once the locker has been assigned and the key/wristband is handed over.
  • Costume (Swim Dress) Rental: Swim dress rental fees are non-refundable after the costume has been issued, unless the costume is found to be damaged or unhygienic at the time of receipt (exchange only).

4. Medical or Emergency Situations

  • If a guest or their immediate family member faces a sudden medical emergency during the visit and must leave the park early, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we will provide a same-value return voucher valid for 30 days, subject to management approval and written proof (e.g., doctor’s note, hospital admission slip).
  • Normal motion sickness, minor injuries, or fear of rides do not qualify for refunds or vouchers.

5. Group Bookings & Event Reservations

  • For group bookings (birthdays, corporate events, school trips), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event date: You may reschedule once or receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid (not the total package).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund; the full deposit is forfeited.
  • No-shows on the event day receive no refund or credit.

6. How to Request a Refund or Credit

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above (e.g., full park weather closure), please follow these steps:

  • When to request: Within 7 days of the original visit date.
  • Where to request: At the park’s Guest Services counter on the day of the issue OR email us at care@familyfunwaterpark.com (if already left the park).
  • Information required:
  • Full name and contact number
  • Date of visit
  • Copy of booking confirmation or ticket receipt
  • Reason for refund request (with any supporting evidence)

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • If the original payment was cash, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (requires your bank details) or as a park credit voucher.
  • No cash refunds are provided on the spot (except for a full park closure situation).

8. Changes & Cancellations by Family Fun Waterpark

  • We reserve the right to close any ride or activity for safety or maintenance without notice. No refunds are given for single ride closures.
  • If we need to cancel your booking entirely due to an internal issue (e.g., double booking for an event), we will offer you a full refund or a free upgrade to a future date.
